About The Role:
We’re looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our team for a limited-time opportunity at the campus bookstore. In this role, you’ll interact directly with students, faculty, and fans—delivering excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the store. Tasks may include running the register, stocking shelves, processing online orders, and assisting during special events.
This seasonal position typically lasts anywhere from a few days up to 90 days, depending on store needs. Availability for occasional weekend shifts and flexible scheduling (openings, mid-day, or closings) is required.
What You Do:
- Operate the cash register and process transactions (cash, credit, or financial aid)
- Stock shelves, organize and price merchandise, and help with in-store displays
- Fulfill and pack online orders for shipping or pickup
- Support bookstore operations during key events (e.g., graduation, athletic events)
- Create a welcoming, helpful environment for all customers and team members
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

- Capable of prioritizing tasks and staying organized in a busy environment
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or clerical work is preferred
