About The Role:
We’re looking for Seasonal Starbucks Associates to join our team! This is a temporary, high-energy role where you’ll craft delicious beverages, create welcoming experiences, and help keep the store running smoothly. Assignments last from a few days up to several weeks, depending on store needs. Weekend availability and flexible scheduling are required.
What You Do:
- Prepare beverages and food items to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming
- Anticipate customer and store needs with a friendly attitude
- Communicate effectively with team leads and managers
- Stock and organize supplies, ingredients, and retail items
- Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Barista or food service experience preferred
- Comfortable operating coffee-making equipment safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs and be on your feet throughout your shift
- Able to bend, climb, kneel, and move around as needed
