About The Role:  
We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable Seasonal Starbucks Associates to deliver exceptional service in our licensed Starbucks location. In this role, you'll craft high-quality beverages, build customer relationships, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Ideal candidates are quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based setting. 
This is a temporary, seasonal role lasting from a few days up to several weeks, depending on store needs. Weekend availability and schedule flexibility are essential. 
 
What You Do:  
  • Prepare beverages and food items to standard recipes and presentation guidelines 
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols consistently 
  • Anticipate customer and store needs, creating a welcoming experience 
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and managers 
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment 
  • Stock and organize supplies, ingredients, and retail items

Qualifications:  
  • Must be at least 18 years old 
  • Previous barista or food service experience preferred 
  • Ability to operate coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Basic math and computer skills 
  • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout your shift (with or without accommodation) 
  • Capable of bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving throughout the workday
