About The Role:
We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable Seasonal Starbucks Associates to deliver exceptional service in our licensed Starbucks location. In this role, you'll craft high-quality beverages, build customer relationships, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Ideal candidates are quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
This is a temporary, seasonal role lasting from a few days up to several weeks, depending on store needs. Weekend availability and schedule flexibility are essential.
What You Do:
- Prepare beverages and food items to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols consistently
- Anticipate customer and store needs, creating a welcoming experience
- Communicate effectively with team leads and managers
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment
- Stock and organize supplies, ingredients, and retail items

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to operate coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout your shift (with or without accommodation)
- Capable of bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving throughout the workday
